We care about how your puppy will feel during its stay, that’s why we offer a day of adaptation, so your dog can get to know the Hotel and interact with the other furry guests before staying here.
That day you and your dog will attend Bark Square together, so you both can tour our facilities, get to know its new 4-legged friends and the members of our staff who will be taking care of your puppy during its stay.
This way it will be possible to reduce its stress on check-in day. In addition, you can leave with the peace of mind that your puppy will be in a safe and comfortable place where it will feel at home.
